Ms. Nelson's has nearly 13 years of experience with employment law. Before forming Nelson Law and working primarily for employees, Ms. Nelson worked for several large law firms defending employment suits.
She has represented employees and counseled and defended employers against a variety of employment law claims including race, sex, age, national origin and disability discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA and retaliation claims. Ms. Nelson has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials and worked extensively in all aspects of employment litigation.
Ms. Nelson is the owner and founder of Nelson Law. The firm is devoted to fighting on behalf of Nevada employees.
Ms. Mariscal has a degree in business with an emphasis in finance and oversees all of the firm's financial matters. Ms. Mariscal founded Nelson Law with Sharon Nelson in 2003. Ms. Mariscal works extensively with the firm's clients to insure that the best possible vendor service is provided and that all financial aspects of the firm run smoothly.
